CE Credits from Case In Point opens new page

28 Contact Hours available at www.caseinpoint.com

Continuing Education materials have moved to the Case in Point website -- www.caseinpointmagazine.com

We heard from a number of you over the past few weeks saying that you were unable to find the CE materials, including the post-test and program evaluation, that used to run inside every issue of Case in Point. Well, here is the story.

Starting with the June/July 2008 issue of Case in Point, the post-test and program evaluation have been moved to the website for your convenience and additional editorial space. To access the paperwork, go to www.caseinpointmagazine.com and click on the red icon that says CE Activities. A page will open that lists each issue of Case in Point along with the existing CE Supplements.

Next, click on the issue or supplement of your choice to access the specific issue along with the post-test and program evaluation. Print off the materials and complete as directed. If you need to review an article in the magazine, you can open the issue in question and save it to your computer for further review.

Keep in mind that each issue of Case in Point and the CE Supplements are pre-approved for contact hours by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) and the Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission (CDMSC). All of the activities listed are approved until December 31, 2008.

If you hold a certification that accepts CE credits from these two organizations, you can use them toward renewal. Currently, there are 28 contact hours available. So if you are newly certified or ready to renew your certification, get a jump start on the total number of credits required.
