Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies in measuring impact on organization and ROI of training. The selected candidate will manage the activities related to various training and educational programs for an organization.

• Assess and identify individual or group training needs.
• Prepare a variety of training aids and materials.
• Determine the appropriateness of contracting with outside vendors to accomplish organization's training goals and objectives.
• Analyze training program effectiveness and submits reports and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and approve budgets and travel plans.

The duties of a Grand Assistance Care Director may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Business Development
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, business leaders and other referral sources.
• Represent Grand Assistance at Networking Events, health fairs, Chamber of Commerce meetings and community functions.
• Client Relations
• Meet with potential Clients and their Family to: determine their care needs, create a plan of care, outline their schedule, review our Client Agreement and suggest an appropriate Grand Assistant.
• Proactively monitor care quality and client satisfaction with non-scheduled on-site client visits.
• Communicate with Client or the Clients Family and revise their care plan accordingly.
